fantastic getaway!
helpful staffamazing combogreat location
the staff were always ready to help arrange taxis or make restaurant reservations! our room overlooked both the pool and the beach, a perfect combo! the location was so great, and i think the value for money is just amazing. i've already booked another stay for later this year!
the wi-fi signal wasn't always strong in all areas of the hotel.

the hotel provides transportation , which makes getting around very easy. watersports are available right on the beach, and fresh towels are provided daily. i especially loved having plenty of loungers available on the beach.

the hotel is conveniently located near st lawrence gap, with many bars and restaurants. taxis are readily available at the hotel. the hotel is also close to a supermarket, about one mile away.

we had a spacious room complete with a kitchenette and a balcony plunge pool. the room was always kept to a very high standard with daily cleaning. i really enjoyed the beautiful view from our room, and the sounds of the waterfall was so relaxing!

the hotel staff was cute. the reception team was particularly helpful, and they really went the extra mile. the bar staff was also very friendly and kind, and i looked forward to seeing them every day. the service was really personal!

I stayed in a Junior Suite. This room had a kitchenette. The kitchenette was great, I could prepare snacks. The staff was very warm. They were cute and helpful.
The breakfast buffet had limited choices. Hot food options were minimal. The fruit selection was not great. The bread selection was poor too. I think the pool could be cleaner. The rooms are a bit tired looking.

The people at the pool bar make excellent cocktails, and they remember your name. i found the beachfront access very convenient. There were always beach chairs AVAILABLE. the gardens appear Well kept, with lots of colorful flowers and palm trees.
the wifi in my room worked sometimes, but it was spotty.

The hotel has direct access to Maxwell Beach, so it is easy to go for a swim. dover beach is just a short taxi ride away. Local buses also run frequently. there are several restaurants within walking distance.

The hotel has three pools, including a shallow one PERFECT for kids. the gym has several treadmills and weight machines. It seemed adequately equipped. a kids' club is available with scheduled activities throughout the day.

My suite included a full kitchen, so preparing snacks was easy. the bathroom has a rainfall shower and two sinks. This was very convenient. a separate living area with a sofa bed provided ample space.

my room overlooked the pool. it was very convenient. the beach and pool areas are beautiful and relaxing. the kids pool was a plus as it allowed us to fully take advantage of the facilities.
i requested a high floor room when i booked, but i was placed on the ground floor next to reception. the staff was not very helpful when i inquired about a different room. (i was a bit disappointed).
